For Real Estate Agents & Brokers
DCA Florida Homes LLC welcomes real estate agents and brokers who want to bring their buyers to our new construction homes across Sarasota and Charlotte Counties.
Free 14-Hour CE for Florida Agents
DCA Florida Homes sponsors a free, online 14-hour continuing education course for Sarasota and Charlotte County agents, provided by Sun State Real Estate School.
The 14 hours cover 3 hours of Core Law, 3 hours of Ethics & Business Practices and 8 hours of specialty education.
Agent Insider: first look at new DCA homes
Join Agent Insider and we'll text you when a new DCA home is listed in Stellar MLS. Agents get a 5-day agents-first preview before the home appears on Zillow or Realtor.com, and a $2,000 bonus when your buyer goes under contract during that preview.
Homes are shared only once they are listed in the MLS.
Our Co-Broke Program
We work with licensed real estate agents through our co-broke program. If you represent a buyer who is interested in one of our new construction homes, we welcome your participation and will work with you throughout the process.
Our team can walk you and your buyer through our available floor plans, current lot locations, and the steps from contract to closing — so your client gets a smooth new construction experience and you stay informed every step of the way.
